Arogga is Hiring!Intern – Ad Sales & Brand PartnershipsDepartment: Marketing (Ad Sales Division)Location: DhakaDuration: 3–6 months (Paid Internship)🎯 Job SummaryArogga, Bangladesh’s No.1 Online Pharmacy and Healthtech Platform, is looking for a proactive, data-driven, and relationship-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Intern – Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships.In this role, you will support end-to-end campaign operations, from identifying and onboarding brands to executing advertising campaigns and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams. You’ll serve as a bridge between Arogga and its brand partners, ensuring measurable impact and growth for all campaigns.🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify and qualify potential advertisers and brand partnersMaintain industry-wise outreach databasesInitiate personalized outreach and set up meetings2. Pitching & Proposal Development:Create tailored proposals using Arogga’s media formats, case studies, and platform insightsAlign campaign strategies with client goals and product relevancePresent, refine, and close proposals based on client feedback3. Client Onboarding & Campaign Planning:Conduct meetings to finalize campaign scope, deliverables, and KPIsCoordinate with Design, Content, and Operations teams for campaign readinessLock campaign budgets, timelines, and obtain formal approvals4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:Manage live campaigns across formats: homepage banners, invoice ads, Lottie animations, product samples, and Meta adsEnsure timely delivery of creative materials and approvalsRegularly update clients and internal stakeholders5. Finance Coordination & Payment Follow-Up:Track campaign financials: order value, payment terms, and invoicingCollaborate with Finance to manage VAT, TAX, and Mushak documentationFollow up with clients for timely payments and ensure proper documentation is shared with Accounts6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions, etc.)Create campaign reports with insights and optimization suggestionsSupport upsell and retargeting strategies based on performance7. Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with partner brandsBuild trust through transparency, timely updates, and strong campaign supportHelp clients maximize ROI and brand visibility on AroggaEducation:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldSkills & Competencies:Strong communication skills in both Bangla and EnglishAttention to detail in campaign tracking and financial documentationAbility to collaborate with multiple departmentsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Excel etc.🚀 What You’ll GainHands-on experience in digital ad sales and campaign managementExposure to media buying, client servicing, budgeting, and analyticsExperience working in a fast-paced e-commerce and healthtech environmentPotential path to a full-time position based on performance
