To enhance our brand presence online, we are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Officer. Position OverviewThe Social Media Marketing Officer will manage Cozy Cub’s social media platforms, create engaging content, run campaigns, and ensure strong digital visibility. This role will work closely with the marketing, showroom, and product teams.Role DescriptionCreate and manage engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions) for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.Handle inbox messages, comments, and customer queries promptly.Coordinate product photoshoots and collect content from Banani & JFP showrooms.Monitor social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Manage boosting, paid campaigns, and basic ad targeting as needed.Track trends and competitor activities to generate new content ideas.Promote new arrivals, offers, and showroom highlights through timely posts.Support online sales and assist in improving the brand’s digital presence.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (experience in baby/kids apparel or retail preferred).Strong creative sense & basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred).Ability to create and edit short videos (Reels/TikTok).Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite & social media analytics tools.Strong communication skills in both Bangla & English.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred SkillsExperience with e-commerce and online customer handling.Understanding of brand positioning and digital storytelling.Photography/videography basics.
