The team draws from a deep well of expertise in healthcare and education, rooted in the mission of advancing community wellness.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site position in Stewartstown, PA, with the potential to become a hybrid full-time role. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing clerical and administrative support, managing appointments and schedules, maintaining organized records and bookkeeping, assisting with marketing campaigns, and conducting communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities also include ensuring smooth office operations, preparing reports, and delivering excellent customer service.QualificationsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing daily office tasks and maintaining organized records.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with team members, health professionals, and clients.Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks effectively.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools is required.Experience with office equipment and related systems, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient workplace.Proven capability in delivering exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starter with time-management skills essential.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
