This role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic investment platform and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, precision, and working closely with senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to both the Investor Relations and Tax teamsAssist with investor onboarding, document management, and data entry in CRM systemsHelp prepare investor communications, reports, and presentation materialsTrack deliverables, deadlines, and filings across departmentsCoordinate information requests with internal teams and external service providersMaintain databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping for investor and tax documentationSupport meeting coordination, scheduling, and logistics for key stakeholdersContribute to process improvements and special projects as neededWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in an administrative, investor relations, or paralegal role within financial services or professional servicesStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailClear, professional communication skills — both written and verbalProficiency with Excel, databases, and general systems managementAbility to handle confidential information with discretionA proactive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under deadlines
