Located in the city centre, a commitment to service excellence and investment in our people quickly established Dublin as a regional hub where our 200+ teammates deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide, alongside our colleagues in legal services.As part of our Dublin team, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to a team of professional directors who manage portfolios of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), including performing the below key duties:Key Duties:The Administrator is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to:Coordination of document execution – including printing, filing, photocopying and scanning dutiesMonitoring and actioning of emailsAssisting with the handling of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requestsUpdating and maintaining internal databases, systems and client filesAssisting with the preparation and tracking of various client deliverables, including communicating with clients, and coordinating third party legal and notary servicesAssisting with the client on-boarding process, delivering high levels of client service and working on new and existing client relationshipsWorking with senior members of the team on the review of transaction documents and files in accordance with internal policies and proceduresLiaising with investment managers, arrangers, aircraft lessors, operators, lawyers and other relevant partiesAd-hoc project work as requiredRequirementsIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:The successful candidate will be a university graduate with an excellent academic backgroundSuccessful candidates will have similar experience of working in a professional services firm (a legal, accounting, audit or compliance background would be beneficial)They will have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications as well as the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlinesThis post requires attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skillsBenefits & RewardsThe most enduring professional relationships are reciprocal relationships.
