We are committed to running our business responsibly and in ways that drive environmental, social and economic value for our stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees and local communities.The roleCompany SecretaryYou will support the delivery of robust governance and compliance across a complex multinational structure. This role will be particularly focused on post-merger integration activities, helping to align governance frameworks, statutory compliance, and reporting standards across newly acquired entities in diverse geographical regions. You will work closely with the Company Secretary and current Assistant to the Company Secretary to ensure seamless integration of governance processes, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.Support post-merger integration by aligning governance and compliance processes across newly acquired entities.Assist in harmonising statutory records, board structures, and regulatory filings where required. Assist with the preparation of board materials and minutes where required Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with relevant authorities where required.Manage regular KYC requests from regulatory providers.Manage confidential documentation and ensure secure record-keeping.Work closely with international financial team to ensure timely filing of annual accounts/ reports and support with document preparation where required. Assist with management of invoices on IFS.Liaise with internal departments and external advisors to support governance and compliance activities. Maintain and update company secretarial software and databasesQualifications & ExperienceQualified with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) or equivalent.Ideally degree qualified in Law, Business, Governance.2 yrs post qualification experience in a company secretary or governance support role, ideally within a large company. Good understanding of company law, corporate governance, and cross-border compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company secretarial software (e.g., Diligent Boards, GEMS, Legisway). Experience supporting post-merger integration or corporate restructuring would be an advantage. Familiarity with regulatory filings and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
