About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our IT Modernization division. This role is responsible for designing and developing IT system architecture that aligns with business requirements and drives organizational growth. You will play a key role in leading IT project planning and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in system design.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop application architecture for multiple projectsAnalyze and design system integration and data flowDefine and implement technical standards and design guidelinesReview and approve technical design deliverablesCollaborate with IT Solution Teams, Project Managers, and business stakeholdersPresent technical solutions and provide recommendationsCoordinate with vendors and third-party providersResearch, evaluate, and adopt new technologiesConduct cost-benefit analysis for technology investmentsPromote best practices in system developmentJob ExpectationsPlan and design solution architecture aligned with business requirementsCreate and maintain solution documentation and technical specificationsEstablish technical standards and best practices for system developmentOversee system design quality across multiple projectsRecommend appropriate technologies to enhance business solutionsWork closely with development, infrastructure, and business teamsQualifications & Skills5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, or Application DevelopmentExpertise in Application Architecture and System Integration DesignStrong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Huawei) and Hybrid Cloud SolutionsDeep understanding of Microservices, API design, and integration patternsHands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as CodeKnowledge of Database Design, Data Architecture, and Security Best PracticesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent presentation and communication skills across all stakeholder levels
