Self-awareness and a growth mindset, with the ability to develop yourself and support others.Relevant qualification or 3+ years’ administration experience.Working towards or holding the NZ Certificate in Building Regulatory Environment (Level 4).Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Great interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with customers.Clear and effective communication of processes and requirements.Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes.Intermediate to advanced computer skills.Knowledge of the Building Code, Building Act, and related legislation (or willingness to learn).Additional InformationHe aha te wariu o te utu kaimahi? | What’s the salary?
