Job Description

The position plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Operations Support Systems that enable efficient monitoring, control, and automation of network operations. The role bridges technical architecture, process optimization, and system integration to ensure seamless service assurance and network performance across multiple technologies.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain end-to-end OSS architecture, including fault, performance, configuration, and inventory management systems.Oversee 24x7 OSS-related tools support.Ensure smooth data flow between OSS, BSS, and network elements through APIs, mediation, and automation tools.Identify opportunities for operational automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization to improve NOC efficiency.Oversee OSS platforms’ performance, availability, and scalability.Work closely with NOC engineers, DNS, vendors, and planning teams to align OSS capabilities with business and operational needs.Manage OSS-related projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.Ensure OSS architecture aligns with industry standards and internal governance policies.Implement the information security guidelines across NOC and tools.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering.An MBA from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of telecommunication principles, network performance management, and customer experience management.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in network operations or service assurance.Why Join Dialog?At Dialog Axiata, we believe in pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional performance.
