Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, based in Quezon City. The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee performance reviews, and coordinating training programs. The role also involves ensuring seamless communication between departments and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.Strong experience in employee engagement, performance management, and training coordination.Proficiency in HR software systems and tools, as well as general administrative skills.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in supervisory or management-level HR roles is a plus.
