Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions for one of the hospitality entity of Torre Lorenzo, encompassing hotels, serviced residences, and hospitality operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that people initiatives align with the company’s vision of delivering world-class Filipino hospitality and upholding its core values of excellence, relationships, and sustainability.The role will partner closely with property leadership teams and corporate management to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support business growth through effective talent management strategies. Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospitality group’s business goals and growth plans.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.Champion values and culture to cultivate a positive, high-performance workplace.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.Master’s degree or professional certification (CHRP, CHRM, or equivalent) preferred.Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role within the hospitality, hotel, or service industry.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and HR information systems.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strategic yet hands-on, with a service-oriented and people-first mindset.Proven ability to build trust, manage change, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
