Position Overview:We're seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team. This role supports our U.S.-based technical recruiting efforts by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from candidate engagement through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and facilitate seamless new hire onboarding experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist with full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts, providing administrative and logistical support to the Technical Recruiting team.Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling, ensuring all participants have the correct details and materials.Generate and transmit candidate employment offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Confirm candidate employment information and track offer acceptance or rejection status.Communicate offer details and respond to candidate questions regarding start dates, reporting instructions, and employee benefits.Coordinate onboarding logistics, including employee relocation (if applicable) and first-day reporting instructions.Organize and deliver KT Consult Welcome Packages and confirm receipt.Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records throughout the hiring process.Follow up with newly hired employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Collaborate with internal teams to communicate all relevant hiring and onboarding information.Relevant Experience (Required):Recruiting Coordination – Minimum 2 yearsTechnical Recruiting Support – Minimum 2 yearsU.S. Technical Recruiting Processes – Minimum 2 yearsInterview Scheduling & Candidate Coordination – Minimum 2 yearsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related HR support role.Experience supporting U.S.-based technical recruiting operations.Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, candidate management systems, and offer coordination processes.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Comfortable working in a remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours (MST).
