Position Overview:As a Recruitment Lead, you will lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies align with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, optimizing sourcing efforts, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.Work Schedule and Arrangement: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM, Gliding Shift, OnsiteOffice Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuKey Responsibilities:Strategic Recruitment PlanningCollaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planningMonitor hiring trends and ensure recruitment targets are met effectively and efficientlyTeam Leadership and DevelopmentReview and ensure recruiters are implementing the correct screening and reprofiling process for each hiring goalLead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment associates and specialistsConduct monthly performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team membersTalent Sourcing and Employer BrandingOversee sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and other channelsEnsure that sourcing efforts directly contribute to hiring goalsProcess Management and OptimizationStandardize and continuously improve recruitment workflows and toolsEnsure a seamless and efficient candidate experience from application to onboardingTrack and analyze recruitment KPIs to drive data-informed decision-makingStakeholder CollaborationPartner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategiesEnsure alignment and communication across all recruitment touchpointsCompliance and ReportingMaintain accurate and compliant documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to leadershipRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fieldAt least 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for BPO companies, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and recruitment metricsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in ATS platforms and Google Workspace toolsProven ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSalary and monetary benefits (in PHP):Monthly salary of 40,000php - 50,000phpNew hire bonus of 5,000phpRisk allowance of 2,000phpPerks and other benefits:Paid Training PeriodAll national Philippines and USA holidays are observedPaid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time offRobust and effective Government Benefits AdministrationLactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms)Discounted optical services with our partner clinicFree lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for onsite employees)Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependentFree Life insuranceFree Accident insuranceRelocation allowance for new hires (from outside Cebu)Company-sponsored outingsInterest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga)International travel opportunities (India and US office)Our Recruitment Process:Candidate Application FormGeneral Assessment & Video InterviewFollow up Phone ScreeningTechnical InterviewReference CheckJob OfferTrainingDisclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
