Job Description

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensures administrative efficiency, and fosters a work environment built on trust, fairness, and collaboration. Responsible for balancing compliance and compassion—making sure that both people and processes work smoothly together. Identifying ways to maximize the employees talents and value to the organization, and serving as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHuman Resource ManagementOversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates who fit the company’s values and operational needs.Supervise attendance, timekeeping, and payroll preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Administer employee benefits, performance appraisals, and personnel records in compliance with company and labor regulations.Support management in employee relations cases—facilitating fair and constructive handling of disciplinary matters.Develop and implement HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, learning and development plans, and recognition activities.Policy and ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and local labor laws.Update and communicate HR and administrative policies to employees in a clear, approachable manner.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.Administrative SupervisionOversee office operations, supplies management, facilities upkeep, and logistics-related administrative needs.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to maintain smooth daily operations.Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.Coordination and SupportAct as a bridge between management and employees—encouraging open communication and collaboration.Support other departments in manpower planning, documentation, and administrative assistance.Provide guidance and mentorship to HR and admin staff, promoting a positive and proactive work culture.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development, Business Management, or similar coursesAt least three (3) years or more of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, and human resource management rolesExperience in end-to-end Recruitment, Compensation and Wage Structures, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Employment Law, etc.Willing to work onsite at Parqal Mall, Tambo, Paranaque City
