Assistant Manager, TA & Learning & Development

ResponsibilitiesTo determine, search and compile data including liaise with other surveyors and/or vendor regarding the conducting in-depth data analysis.• Manage all Commercial data sources and analytics platform, ensuring the utilization of the data for diagnostics and predictive purposes• Develop and maintain data dashboard and report for Commercial team, or cross function by communicate and interpret the data acquired• Audit market information to ensure data reliability• Consult with Commercial team on develop marketing strategies framework for business need or activities, support execution, and tracking progress• Calculate accurate commercial performance from setting target to monitoring on-going progress, and final achievementQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Master’s degree would be of advantage• Business analyst, Corporate planning, Economist• Microsoft Office programs, SAP (or any other ERP), Analytics platform (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView)• R or Python language and SQL knowledge would be an advantage
