ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Vice President-B2B Business will be responsible for:Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansionDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sectorIdentifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offeringsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clientsDeveloping and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targetsProviding strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activitiesMonitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvementLeading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goalsQualificationsMBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.ExperienceMinimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account managementProven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value dealsCertification RequiredProfessional certifications in Sales and Account Management are preferred.
