We look for talented people with the potential to make an extraordinary difference for our clients, our firm and our communities.Job Summary:The role of an Assistant is to support KPMG client-serving engagement teams based in the Philippines and South ASPAC countries, by performing standardized tasks that follow established procedures and templates.Job Responsibilities:Perform standardized tasks that follow established procedures and templates.Deliver high quality and timely output, that complies with Firm and Audit Delivery Center policies, quality standards, deadlines, Service Level Agreement, and engagementteam's expectations.Interact with Team Manager and Team Leaders on a timely basis, and create good working relationshipsActively participate in training and coaching programs to support continuous learning and performance improvement.Qualifications:Less than 2 years’ experience or fresh graduateGraduate of any business-related program. Preferably in BSBA Financial Management, BS Management Accounting, Banking and Finance, Operations Management or Entrepreneurship.Amenable to work onsite in Makati City or do fieldwork in other places.Able to work and coordinate with a virtual team.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient with MS Office, and Outlook.Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as Alteryx Designer will be an advantage.Robust logical and reasoning skills.Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.
