Ltd. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing sales operations, meeting revenue targets, and identifying business development opportunities. The AVP Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, oversee the sales lifecycle, and ensure client satisfaction while pursuing company growth objectives.Experience : 10+ Years,Proven experience of working with IT Service Company,Proven experience of leading BDM.Immediate Joiners Preferred.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales OperationsStrong skills in Account Management and building client relationshipsExtensive experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and revenue growthExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is advantageousPrevious experience in the technology or IT consulting sector is highly desirableBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
