We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Head – Southern India to lead high-impact growth across Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.Role OverviewThe Regional Sales Head – Southern India will own business expansion across five states and 12+ major cities. This leadership role involves building state-wise sales teams, driving enterprise and government relationships, closing high-value IT transformation deals, and positioning Bhionix Group as the preferred digital partner in the southern technology corridor.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales LeadershipLead and manage sales leaders across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi.Oversee operations in Coimbatore, Mysuru, Vizag, Trivandrum, Vijayawada, and other south clusters.Align regional execution with national strategy and quarterly targets.2. Revenue Generation & Target AchievementOwn revenue targets for the Southern region and consistently exceed them.Build strong pipelines across IT services, SaaS, ERP, AI automation, Industry 4.0, drones, and digital platforms.Drive strategic enterprise and government closures across diverse industries.3. Strategic Market PenetrationDevelop state-specific GTM strategies tailored to IT hubs, enterprise clusters, and SME networks.Expand Bhionix’s footprint in manufacturing belts, tech parks, healthcare groups, hospitality chains, and education institutions.Identify high-growth pockets across metro and Tier-2/3 cities.4. CXO-Level Client EngagementEstablish and manage relationships with CXOs, senior government officials, IT heads, and enterprise leaders.Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and solution pitches.Build long-term strategic partnerships across industries and government bodies.5. Team Building & Talent DevelopmentHire, develop, and mentor state-level sales managers across Karnataka, TN, Telangana, Kerala, and AP.Conduct sales capability training, performance reviews, and continuous mentoring.Build a culture focused on accountability, performance, and innovation.6. Performance Tracking & ReportingConsolidate regional KPIs, funnel health, conversion rates, and forecasts.Submit structured MIS reports and actionable insights to the Country Sales Head.Track competitor activities, industry trends, pricing intelligence, and policy updates.7. Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with Product, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.Drive client satisfaction from proposal to delivery and renewal.Share regional insights to support product roadmap and marketing initiatives.8. Representation & Industry OutreachRepresent Bhionix Group at technology summits, expos, startup events, and government forums across South India.Build strong alliances with IT associations, chambers of commerce, accelerators, and innovation labs.Daily ActivitiesReview sales pipelines and progress city-wise.Approve proposals, negotiate pricing, and support high-value closures.Conduct in-person visits to key accounts, enterprise clients, and government stakeholders.Lead weekly sales huddles, action plans, and performance sessions.Provide updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related fields.MBA preferred.Experience6–10 years of IT/SaaS/consulting sales experience.Minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role managing multi-state sales teams.Deep understanding of Southern India’s enterprise, government, and technology ecosystems.Key SkillsStrong leadership and multi-team management capability.Expertise in B2B & B2G enterprise technology sales.Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and CXO engagement.Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and forecasting dashboards.Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one southern regional language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam).Why Join Bhionix Group?Lead Bhionix’s expansion across India’s most mature and innovation-driven tech markets.Work across high-impact industries: AI, Industry 4.0, drones, healthcare, education, hospitality, enterprise IT & smart cities.Fast-track growth into national leadership roles.Be part of a future-focused technology group shaping India’s digital and AI future.
