This is a high-impact leadership role involving multi-state management, CXO-level engagement, government contracting, and full ownership of revenue and growth targets.You will lead regional teams, manage strategic accounts, drive enterprise acquisition, and position Bhionix Group as a dominant technology partner in the northern market.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales LeadershipLead and manage Sales Managers across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow and Dehradun.Oversee sales execution in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Agra, and Tier-2/3 northern cities.Ensure alignment with national sales strategy and group-wide business goals.2. Revenue & Target OwnershipDrive revenue across IT services, SaaS, ERP, AI solutions, cloud, and digital transformation platforms.Build a strong pipeline in government departments, education boards, healthcare institutions, PSUs, and enterprises.Ensure quarterly and annual targets are consistently achieved.3. Strategic Planning & Market PenetrationDefine and execute region-specific GTM plans for metro and Tier-2 markets.Identify high-potential industry clusters across NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana.Expand reach into government tenders, enterprise partnerships, consulting forums, and tech centers.4. Client Relationship & Key Account ManagementEngage with CXOs, directors, IT heads, and government decision-makers.Lead proposals, solution presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.Ensure high retention through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account handling.5. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack KPIs, revenue performance, funnel strength, and conversion metrics.Consolidate regional MIS reports for the Country Sales Head and leadership.Recommend proactive measures to boost performance and scalability.6. Talent Development & Team BuildingRecruit, train, and mentor State Sales Managers and City Leads.Conduct performance reviews, sales training, and capability-building sessions.Foster a high-energy, accountable, growth-driven sales culture.7. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Marketing for campaigns and regional events.Coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Finance for smooth project execution.Provide market insights for product roadmap and innovation planning.8.
