We Are Hiring Banking AssociateOur client is one of the leading banking companies which is located in Colombo.QualificationsMinimum: G.C.E. (A/L) qualified in any stream.Preferably pursuing or having completed a Diploma/Certificate in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).Prior experience (6 months–1 year) in a bank or financial institution will be an advantage.Familiarity with Account Opening or Customer Service operations will be considered a plus.Basic understanding of banking operations and documentation standards.Familiarity with filing, record-keeping, and correspondence handling procedures.Willingness to learn and adapt to operational requirements.Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with internal staff and customers (both in person and via telephone/email).Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers as required.Apply Now hr@jobfactory.lk
