We're Hiring: Finance Manager (Remote)About the RoleOysterr Talent is hiring a Finance Manager for one of our international clients a rapidly expanding organization operating across the Middle East and Gulf region.We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical finance professional who can manage end-to-end financial operations remotely. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple regional entities, understands IFRS and regional compliance standards, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.What You’ll DoMaintain accurate financial records, general ledger entries, and reconciliation reportsSupport the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reportingHandle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and vendor paymentsMonitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budgeting for regional entitiesAssist in preparing financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysesEnsure compliance with local tax laws and IFRS accounting standardsLiaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders during audits and reviewsCollaborate with HR and Operations on payroll, reimbursements, and project cost controlContribute to process improvement and system optimization within the finance functionWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration2–4 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably within the Middle East / Gulf regionStrong understanding of IFRS, taxation, and complianceHands-on experience with ERP / accounting tools (QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho Books, or similar)Excellent English communication skills — written, verbal, and presentationHigh proficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independentlyNice to HaveCPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certificationExperience managing multi-currency and international transactionsExposure to remote and multicultural team collaborationA proactive, ethical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingRole DetailsLocation: Remote (preferably with Middle East & Gulf experience)Department: FinanceReports To: Finance Director / CFOType: Full-time
