Location: BandaragamaIndustry: ManufacturingPosition Requirements:Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related role within a professional environment.Availability: Must be available to work full-time, on-site in Bandaragama.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation.Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar financial management tools.Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in managing financial records and documentation.Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
