Bilingual Project Facilitator (English – Chinese)

About the role: ***This is a 3-month Contract Role (extendable) The Chinese-Speaking Facilitator will act as a bridge between the Business Analyst team, development teams, and regional stakeholders. The role is responsible for ensuring effective communication, understanding business requirements, and cascading project-related information accurately between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking teams.  Key Responsibilities:  Facilitate communication between Business Analysts, development teams, and stakeholders across ODC India, and Vietnam. Translate and interpret technical and business discussions, documents, and requirements between English and Chinese (Mandarin). Cascade and track updates, decisions, and project progress between teams to ensure alignment. Support Business Analysts in gathering, validating, and clarifying business requirements from regional and local stakeholders. Prepare bilingual (English/Chinese) documentation, meeting notes, and summaries for internal and external communication. Coordinate project-related meetings, workshops, and reviews between ODC and regional offices. Identify potential gaps or misalignments in communication and proactively ensure timely clarification. Support testing, user training, and feedback collection phases as per business needs.  Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) – spoken and written. 2–5 years of experience in facilitation, business analysis coordination, or project support roles. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and documentation processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams. Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, etc.) preferred.  Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working in multinational or IT project environments. Familiarity with cloud deployment environments (e.g. Microsoft, Alibaba Cloud) is an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
