With a practical, systematic, and data-driven approach, CASK helps clients enhance their strategic, operational, and executional capabilities, driving sustainable growth and long-term effectiveness.JOB OBJECTIVESEnsure a smooth, high-quality, and practical learning experience.Support trainers/mentors in preparing and delivering content effectively.Build a loyal and active learner community that shares, connects, and continues learning.Establish a feedback and continuous improvement system based on class data.Develop knowledge assets to deliver professional learning value to learners and clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;1. Learning Experience Design & Quality AssuranceSupport trainers before, during, and after class to ensure smooth execution.Design and update course materials, and coordinate training schedules with trainers.Prepare teaching materials, exercises, tools (Zoom, accounts, templates, etc.), conduct surveys, and monitor classes to ensure quality.Collect feedback from trainers and learners, propose and implement improvements.Develop and organize bootcamps, webinars, and learning events.2. Learning Material DevelopmentResearch and develop professional content to create knowledge assets for learners.Design materials in various formats (e.g., ebooks, summary books, guidebooks) to enhance learning diversity.Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge asset distribution.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure both content quality and delivery effectiveness.Compile and analyze learner feedback, and propose improvement initiatives.Monitor course completion rates, attendance, and assignments.3. Alumni Community DevelopmentBuild, manage, and grow the alumni community: posting content, sharing updates, and engaging members.Maintain strong relationships to support cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with the Sales team.⸻REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in training centers, class management, or learning communities is advantageous.2–3 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Marketing.Background or experience in Sales and Marketing is a plus.Understanding adult learning principles Awareness of adult learning behavior, learner-trainer interaction, and learning experience design.Ability to support, coordinate, and accompany trainers to maintain class quality.Data tracking & analysis Ability to interpret metrics such as CSAT, completion rates, and feedback, and propose improvements.Able to comprehend English learning materials from reputable international sources for content development.Skilled at researching, analyzing, and synthesizing professional knowledge from credible sources to build learning materials in multiple formats.BENEFITS:Free access to all flagship training programs in Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Finance at CASK — trusted by professionals from top corporations such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Vinamilk, Trí Việt Phát, and more.Opportunity to work with senior commercial experts from large corporations.Full social, health, and unemployment insurance based on total salary.Creative, flexible, and innovative work environment.Continuous training and career development programs to enhance personal and professional growth.
