This role is ideal for someone with around 1-1.5 years of experience in HR or recruitment, who is fluent in English and confident working in a multicultural and international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver an efficient, seamless hiring process.Communicate effectively in English with multinational candidates and colleagues from regional offices.Maintain and update employee information in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events to foster teamwork and morale.Support other HR-related projects or tasks as assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Around 1-1.5 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.Strong English communication skills - able to liaise confidently with global teams and international candidates.Culturally adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR or ATS systemsCraft the future – Start your journey at QIMA to REVEAL your potential!Please send your CV to our HR: Anna Nguyen at anna.nguyen@qima.com.
