Company Description Shimizu-Fujita-Takenaka-EEI Joint Venture was formed in 2019 by four legendary construction companies - Shimizu Corporation, Fujita, Takenaka, and EEI. The joint venture was created to fulfill the dream of building the first subway system in the Philippines. The project, known as the Metro Manila Subway or Mega Manila Subway, is a 36-kilometer rail line expected to significantly reduce travel time between Quezon City and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. This project, dubbed the "Project of the Century," aims to innovate the lifestyles of local Filipinos. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Operator (Arch. & Struc.). The role is located in Valenzuela for Metro Manila Subway Depot Complex. The BIM Operator will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with project standards, performing clash detection, and creating architectural and structural documentation. The individual will also support the design team with technical expertise and maintain updated project information.
