Business Analyst

HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the logistics industry, in their search for a freelance Business Analyst. They are located in Diegem (Brussels)We deal with a complex process that we are changing. The ‘Users’ have a lot of knowledge and experience. We have spent many years finalizing requirements for the new application. We need someone that can learn the processes / technicalities of the system quickly, to be able to support the business throughout testing / migration and go live. You will need to build an understanding quickly, and gain the trust and respect of the senior users.
