Business Development Executive

AHZ Sri Lanka is a leading organization specializing in international student recruitment and placement for UK Universities. With a global presence in regions such as the UK, Europe, North Africa, Central Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia, and more, AHZ has been operating for nearly a decade and has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2012.Job Duties:Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, industry research, and strategic outreach.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and agents.Conduct in-depth market research to understand the education consultancy landscape, including trends, competition, and potential growth areas.Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up to convert leads into successful partnerships.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.Present proposals and solutions to prospective clients, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making.We are looking for someone:Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and students.Proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals.Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.Must be willing and able to travel and relocate if required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Computer skills including Word, Excel.Excellent communication skills. This job requires very good communication skills in EnglishPlease send your resume to hr.sl@ahzassociates.co.ukAHZ Sri Lanka.
