Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Colombo. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additional tasks include developing strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue growth targets. Qualifications Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong expertise in Account Management and client relationship buildingEffective Communication and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of business operations and strategic planningAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior industry experience in paper, packaging, or related sectors is an advantageProficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales methodologies
