Business Development Intern

Location: Lahore, PakistanEmployment Type: Full-time (On-site)Experience Level: Fresh or up to 6 months of experience (freelancing/internship)About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team at Tecaudex, an innovative IT company. As a BD Intern, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This position requires good communication and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of the IT industry.Responsibilities:Assist in conducting research on potential clients, market trends, and industry insights to support business development efforts.Lead generation through freelancing platforms (Upwork & Freelancer)Collaborate with the internal team, including the sales, and technical departments, to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions for prospective clients.Manage sales pipeline and analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client data.Keep detailed logs of client communications, responses, and feedback to ensure alignment.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts in daily scrum meetings.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, CS or a related field.
