Since 2019, we’ve been helping businesses grow online through innovative web solutions, branding, SEO, and marketing automation. We’re now looking for a skilled and confident Upwork Bidder to join our in-house team and help us expand our client base across multiple freelancing platforms.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Upwork Bidder who has excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of software and website development services. The ideal candidate should be capable of writing persuasive proposals, managing client communications, and bringing in quality leads consistently.ResponsibilitiesCreate and submit winning bids on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and Bark.Identify potential clients and projects aligned with company services.Write customized, professional, and convincing proposals for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and close deals.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of project scope before bidding.Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.Meet weekly and monthly targets for bids, conversions, and revenue.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding and client acquisition on freelance platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong understanding of website development, digital marketing, and software solutions.Familiar with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Toptal, Bark, etc.Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary + Attractive Commission on successful projects.Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive team.📅 Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)📍 Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science
