Business Development Manager - Luxury Fit-Out / Commercial InteriorsLocation: Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow sales in the luxury fit-out and commercial interiors sector. The role focuses on securing new projects, building client relationships, and managing high-value B2B sales in the premium market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities in luxury retail and commercial interiors.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.Manage invoicing, revenue tracking, and collections.Negotiate and close high-value commercial deals.Participate in industry events and networking activities.Maintain accurate client and project information in CRM systems.Key RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Fit-Out, Joinery, Commercial Interiors, or Luxury Furniture/Tiles/Bathroom Fittings.Proven record in luxury or premium B2B sales.Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial negotiation, and CRM systems.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Process-oriented and results-driven professional.
