Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting antibody discovery, biologics and cell & gene therapy business, enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation;LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time;Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally;Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness;Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings and support local events with branding team.Monitor marked trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Education/Experience:Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; More than 5 year of biologics related job experience;Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability;Proven track record of achieving sales target and building strategic partnership;Highly in line with company values.ProBio –Biologics CDMO ProBiois a global leader in enabling biotech and pharmaceutical companies to advance the development and manufacturing of next-generation biologics and advanced therapies.
