Based in Melbourne, you will be a high-impact BDM with significant autonomy in driving your own business growth agenda. Your focus will be on expanding existing enterprise relationships and activating strategic new opportunities, particularly supporting our market-leading Databricks practice.Your Core Responsibilities:Deepen and Grow Accounts: Deepen and grow relationships across existing enterprise accounts. This involves multi-threading across internal teams and client stakeholders to build trust with senior decision-makers (data, marketing, analytics, and insights teams).Strategic Growth & Activation: Help grow the business by organising events, handling inbound leads, and building pipeline via warm connections and partner collaboration.Event-Led Growth: Help coordinate and run high-impact executive breakfasts, roundtables, and other events to generate leads and build the Databricks business.Deal Shaping & Collaboration: Work closely with Partners, pre-sales leads, marketing, and consultants to assist in building proposals, costings, tailored pitch decks, and ultimately shape and close meaningful growth projects.You Will Thrive If You...
