ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeted strategies to penetrate Australia's EV charging market.Source core clients and partners via in-depth market research, industry networking, and lead follow-up.Manage the full sales cycle of EV charging solutions: from demand analysis and customized proposal development to contract negotiation, closure, and post-sales service coordination.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, drive satisfaction, repeat cooperation, and referrals.Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and market feedback related to EV charging products, providing data-driven reports to support global BD strategy optimization. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, New Energy, or related fields.3-5 years of proven BD/sales experience in Australia, preferably with a track record in EV industry, new energy, or infrastructure-related sectors.Fluent in spoken and written English; strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability in client acquisition, strategic partnership building, and promoting technology-based products/services.Legal right to work in Australia; Sydney or Melbourne based is highly preferred. Required SkillsStrong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to build strategic partnerships.Proficiency in market research and analysis.
