We are expanding our presence in the Albanian market and looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Team.  🎯 Position Overview As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving Aspekt’s growth in Albania by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building relationships that generate sales leads. You will be responsible for researching prospects, initiating communication, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing a career in sales and business growth within the IT and financial software industry.  📋 Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through online tools, market analysis, and networking events. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to create new sales opportunities. Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with Aspekt’s software solutions. Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns and lead quality. Schedule and assist in introductory meetings between prospects and the sales team. Regularly report on key performance metrics (leads generated, conversions, etc.). Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities. Represent Aspekt at local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build visibility and connections.  🧠 Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in the IT or B2B sector). Experience working in or with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working toward sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Fluency in English and Albanian, both written and spoken (another languages are plus) Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.   What We Offer: Competitive compensation package. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities. A dynamic and collaborative work environment within an international team. Opportunity to grow your career in a rapidly expanding company with a global footprint.  📩 Apply today and become part of our team. Are you a talented individual looking for a dynamic environment that encourages professional growth?
