Business Development - The PhilippinesSalary: $800-$1000 USD/monthBonus: Quarterly bonus (1 month’s salary as the base, determined by performance)We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining key partnerships with voice agencies and anchors to promote the “Voice+” ecosystem, driving growth in the Philippines market. If you have a passion for voice and live-streaming systems, have strong interpersonal skills, and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: • Recruit potential voice agencies & anchors through online and offline channels to partner with the platform. • Develop and maintain key relationships with agencies and anchors. • Collaborate with internal teams to promote the application, events, and users to support hosts and agencies. • Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback, build relationships, and provide timely responses for improvement. • Assist in the training, guidance, and daily management of the agency.Job Requirements: • Master’s degree, Fluent in English. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in voice or live-streaming systems. • Rich resources of Malay hosts and agencies. • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse people. • Strong presence and knowledge of social media. • Understanding of Chinese is preferred.If you’re passionate about the live-streaming industry and have the skills to drive success in the Philippines market, we’d love to hear from you!
