We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Analyst to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion solutions.Job Summary:As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Analyst will lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise in customizing Oracle Cloud HCM. It requires prior experience in supporting technologies such as Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, OCI, HDL, etc. The position requires excellent organization, communication, leadership and problem solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement Oracle Fusion-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Lead technical development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), PaaS, and SaaS environments.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration workflows.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and security of Oracle Fusion implementations.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, integration, and configuration.Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.Strong hands-on experience with tools like Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, ADF, SOA, or other relevant technologies.Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle Fusion environments.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and performance optimization.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Fusion certifications.Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.Prior experience leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation or migration projects.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in Oracle environments.Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Success NavigatorExperience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence working in an Agile environmentExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP or EPM pillarsJob Type: ContractPay: $5 - $20/hrBenefits:Professional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: Remote/Non-US - IMPORTANT NOTE: WE CANNOT HIRE IF YOU RESIDE IN INDIA
