We are expanding our presence in Asian markets and are seeking experienced Commission Agents to represent our Green Mung beans and other agricultural products from Rajasthan across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.This role is ideal for professionals with established buyer networks in these countries who are looking for a high-income opportunity with factory-direct partnerships. You'll work independently as a trusted representative, connecting premium Indian agricultural products with importers, distributors, and food processors in your designated markets.What Success Looks Like:Successfully close 4-6 deals per quarter with established importers in your territoryBuild long-term relationships with key buyers and maintain repeat businessFacilitate smooth order processing, documentation, and logistics coordinationGenerate consistent monthly revenue through competitive commissionsRepresent Vedafox as a reliable, professional partner in your marketHow This Role Fits into Our Organization:Vedafox Group is strengthening its export distribution network across Southeast Asia. Commission Agents are the frontline business development partners who directly impact our market penetration and brand reputation. Your success directly translates to factory utilization, farmer income support, and company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Engage Buyers: Leverage existing network and relationships to identify qualified importers, distributors, food processing companies, and bulk buyers in China, Thailand, and VietnamProduct Representation: Communicate product specifications, quality standards, certifications, pricing, and value propositions to prospective buyersNegotiate & Close Deals: Conduct sales negotiations, handle objections, and close purchase orders within agreed commission parametersDocumentation & Compliance: Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and ensure all export documentation (certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, commercial invoices) meets regulatory requirementsOrder Coordination: Liaise between buyers and Vedafox operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment, container readiness, and shipment trackingMarket Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market demand, pricing trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences in your territoryRelationship Management: Maintain professional communication, follow-up with prospective buyers, and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer retentionReporting: Submit monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the Vedafox export teamQualificationsEssential Skills & Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an export agent, B2B sales representative, or commodity traderProven buyer network in China, Thailand, and/or Vietnam (importers, distributors, food processors, or HORECA buyers)Deep knowledge of agricultural commodity trade, including export procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements (phytosanitary, food safety standards)Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional fluency in Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese is a significant advantageNegotiation skills and ability to close high-value dealsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage own pipelineStrong communication and professional presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience exporting pulses, grains, or spicesFamiliarity with FOB, CIF, and Incoterms pricing modelsExperience with import/export portals (Alibaba, TradeKey, Global Sources, etc.)Knowledge of Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese import regulations and customs proceduresExisting relationships with importers in China, Thailand, or VietnamEducation & Certifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in commerce, business, agriculture, or related fieldExport/Import License or commodity trading certification (preferred)
