One of our clients, a major oil and gas company, is currently seeking a Contracts Advisor to join their team.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about ensuring contractual excellence across the organization. The Contracts Advisor will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support strategic business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements and supply contracts.Ensure all contracts adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.Collaborate with legal, procurement, and operational teams to resolve contract-related issues.Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and supporting documentation.Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and best practices.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks.Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.Resolve disputes and issues efficiently and effectively.Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations impacting contracts and procurement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in contract management or a related discipline.Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in contract management software and tools.High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry.If you're interested, apply!
