A social media company is looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to join their team. This role is remote. Pay: $65-75/hrUS Citizens/GC Holders Only - No visa sponsorship No 3rd party candidates - W2 onlyMust Have: Business VideosNice to Have: Adobe Photoshop, Asana, GIF creation, JiraResponsibilities:Own timelines, milestones, and delivery for global creative and interactive ad projectsCoordinate designers, writers, editors, vendors, sales partners, and clients across time zonesManage updates, reviews, and approvals through Slack and Google WorkspaceProvide clear status updates and communication that keeps everyone alignedProactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain fast, efficient workflowsImprove and operationalize repeatable production processesStep in when needed to write light copy or make basic asset tweaks to save timeQualifications:4–7 years of creative or production-focused project management experienceProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines at onceExpert in Slack and Google Workspace, plus familiarity with PM tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)Comfortable collaborating with vendors and client-facing teamsBasic Photoshop and copywriting skills for quick creative optimizationsClear communicator, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
