Job Description

Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding real estate installment plans, contract details, and post-sale services.Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and requests through all communication channels (in person, phone, or email).Guide clients through the procedures of issuing checks, reviewing payment schedules, and understanding contractual obligations.Review and verify all client forms, contracts, and installment schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with the Finance and Sales Administration teams regarding check issuance, collection, and any payment discrepancies.Maintain and update client records in the system in accordance with company policies.Ensure that all client transactions and documentation adhere to company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the relevant department and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service improvements.Liaise with other departments (Finance, Legal, Sales, Projects) to facilitate smooth end-to-end client servicing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within real estate, banking, or property management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial and contractual documents.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
