DevOps Manager

An Israeli Fintech startup has developed an AI and Big Data-based platform that maps the financial web and helps governments uncover money laundering networks. The company extracts and cross-references information from various sources across the internet to detect tax evasion and fraud. For example, in the crypto domain, they can identify the owners of digital wallets, estimate potential profits, and connect this information to law enforcement. Their solution is used by clients in Israel, Europe, and the US.The company is based in Tel Aviv near the train line, offers hybrid work with one day from home, and has around 65 employees globally, 40 of them in Israel. Founded in 2020 by two experienced entrepreneurs, the company has raised $85M to date, including a Series B from Team8, Insight Partners, and Citi, and expects to double its size in the coming year. The role involves managing a team of three DevOps engineers (two in Israel and one offshore), reporting to the VP. About 30% of work is on-site.
