A startup developing a breakthrough AI-based Cloud Cost Governance platform the first of its kind in the industry designed to manage and optimize cloud infrastructures for Enterprise companies, with the potential to save billions for Fortune 500 organizations.Founded by three experienced entrepreneurs with a strong track record in senior technical roles and in founding, managing, and selling successful companies. The company raised an exceptional $16M Seed round from top global investors.Currently, the company consists of 30 employees, based in Ramat Gan near a train station and Light Rail stations, with a hybrid work model.As the company grows, a new management layer is being established.The role will include hands-on development as well as technical leadership, managing approximately 3–4 R&D engineers.Technology stack: Go, AWS, Kubernetes, LambdaRequirements-2 years of experience in team leadership/management.5 years of Backend development experience in Python or Go.Experience in leading, reputable high-tech companies.Technological degree from a recognized university, college, or elite tech unit.
