Digital Commerce Manager

Celeste is on an exciting digital journey, and we're looking for a Manager - Ecommerce & Growth to help us lead the way. This role is all about driving growth across our online channels, launching new digital platforms, and shaping the future of how our customers connect with us.What you'll do• Lead the launch and performance of Celeste's digital platforms (app, website, aggregators)• Grow sales and margin from digital channels while reducing reliance on aggregators• Build and monetize digital assets through ad placements, live commerce, and strategic partnerships• Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns, influencer activations, and customer engagement• Explore and launch new digital initiatives such as loyalty, gamification, and new revenue streams• Work closely with category, supply chain, finance, IT, and operations teams to bring projects to lifeWhat we're looking for• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital business management• A strong track record in driving online sales and managing digital platforms• Experience in partnerships, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration• A creative problem-solver with hands-on experience in live commerce, performance marketing, and digital engagement• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and complex projectsIf you're passionate about shaping digital growth and want to make your mark at Celeste, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and be part of our journey!
