We also recently launched our own skincare brand, available at www.featbyyou.com.We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and innovative marketing team and help us make a significant impact on our market presence.What's In It For You?Job security with a permanent full-time role.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Be part of a team that values creativity and collaboration.Enjoy outstanding staff discounts on our latest items and trends.Convenient location right next to Green Square Station.Free parking.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns through different sales channels.Create and design digital marketing materials, including eDM, CRM, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and social content.Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance.Assist in organizing events and promotions to boost brand awareness.Handle general administrative duties as needed.We are looking for a candidate with:A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in creating and designing content.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (including AI) and platforms.Full competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.Experience with Klaviyo or other EDM platforms.Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising.Strong ability to write engaging copy.Excellent customer-facing skills in the digital space.Attention to detail.A can-do and resourceful attitude.Unlimited work rights in Australia.Excellent understanding of beauty trends and the industry.If you meet the above criteria and are interested in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry, please submit your resume and cover letter through this job post.
