Working closely with the Social Media Advisor, you’ll help manage Council’s social media channels, create engaging content, and contribute to the development and delivery of digital campaigns that inform, inspire and connect.Your Day-to-day Will IncludeCreating, scheduling and monitoring content across Council's social media and web platforms.Engaging with our community and providing timely, thoughtful responses.Supporting internal teams with digital advice and best practice.Filming and editing short-form videos that capture local stories.Supporting digital communications across Council's websites, intranet and online forms.Assisting at major festivals and events to deliver on-the-ground social media coverage.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work in a supportive team that values creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.About YouYou're a confident communicator and creative storyteller with a passion for social media and community connection.
