As a Lucasfilm & Marvel Marketing Strategy Intern, you’ll help contribute to the go-to-market strategies and execution of marketing plans across a variety of brands and key initiatives that will help drive business goals and top-line demand! If you are highly organized and proactive with strong prioritization skills, apply today!This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 to January 2027.What You Will DoOn any given day, you might:Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans aimed at achieving our business objectivesAssist in crafting comprehensive communication plans across the team to ensure effective messaging and coordinationEngage in the creation of campaigns and track approvals and status updates with external agenciesDive into the analysis of business performance, helping uncover insights for informed recommendations and decision-makingMonitor program and product budgets to ensure financial objectives are metWork with teams to develop & deliver email and paid media assets, campaign pitch kits, toolkits, and content while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring updates are maintainedProvide insights into Gen Z trends and their ways of thinking, contributing to a generational perspectiveBe an engaged and proactive team member, actively participating in discussions and initiativesParticipate in overall project management and assist with ad hoc requests from the teamRequired Qualifications & SkillsMarketing skills for developing strategic feedback, business proposals, and marketing communication plansProven experience in strategic development and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Keynote and presentation deliveryMarketing industry knowledge of trends and the latest innovationsCreative-minded with the ability to encourage creative teamsPreferred QualificationsBasic Photoshop skills are a plusEducation Junior or senior preferredMajor or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldEligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College ProgramBe at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional InformationBe compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at workThe approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 - January 2027Must have the ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday - Friday, for the duration of the internshipBeing able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is requiredLimited housing opportunities may be available for Florida-based Disney Interns through American Campus Communities.
