Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and managing vendor relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within the healthcare and social assistance industry.Responsibilities:• Create engaging presentations, detailed marketing briefs, and campaign scripts to support various promotional efforts.• Conduct research and assist in evaluating proposals for marketing vendors, tools, and platforms.• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.• Assist in scheduling, monitoring, and implementing social media strategies on major platforms.• Explore and stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, with a focus on tools powered by AI.• Coordinate marketing campaigns by managing timelines, organizing assets, and facilitating communication across teams.• Monitor and track the progress of multiple projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.• Compile and organize marketing reports, campaign performance insights, and documentation.• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as required.• Experience with email campaigns and direct marketing strategies.• Proficiency in organizing and handling events.• Strong knowledge of marketing activities and processes.• Familiarity with social media platforms and their scheduling tools.• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing software.• Ability to create and evaluate proposals, including RFPs.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Interest in exploring and utilizing AI-based marketing tools.Innovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
